📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and own end-to-end implementations.
• Architect apps and integrations using WRITER platform and Knowledge Graph.
• Translate concepts and platform capabilities into prescriptive recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed the roadmap and innovate.
• Develop scalable processes and docs to speed customer time-to-value.
• Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER AI solutions in accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, consulting, or TAM.
• Deep Python fluency and API usage, including designing prompts and linguistics for AI.
• Proven track record delivering complex tech solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B.
• Excellent communication and presence, simplifying AI concepts for technical teams and execs.
• Builder mindset with passion for emerging tech; eager to experiment and iterate in AI.
