📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and own end-to-end implementations.
• Architect and deliver custom apps and integrations using WRITER's platform, APIs, Knowledge Graph.
• Translate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations guiding customers through generative AI.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap with customer feedback.
• Reduce time-to-value by building scalable processes, docs, and workflows for integrations.
• Champion adoption and expansion of WRITER AI solutions within accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS; at least 3 in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Fluency in Python and API experience; skilled in designing prompts and linguistic aspects of AI.
• Proven track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication and executive presence; simplify AI concepts for technical and exec audiences.
• Builder mindset; eager to experiment and learn in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI.
• Relentless drive to connect with customers and internal teams; own outcomes for strategic accounts.
