• Shipping internal tools/web apps in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience owning delivery: prioritization, sprint cadence, release management.
• Hands-on web dev: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
• Applied AI: AI agents, LLM APIs, tool calling, retrieval.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Eng; strong leadership.
