AI Director - Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Lead ML R&D, prototyping, and implementation for product experiences.
• Oversee AI/ML initiatives, systems, workflows, and prototypes.
• Identify generative AI opportunities across production; translate into strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather AI needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop AI models using internal data; experiment with local/specialized ML systems.
• Establish guidelines and best practices for agentic AI and emerging AI tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous AI/ML leadership experience (AI Director/Lead or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in AI/ML theory, algorithms, system design, and practice.
• Proficient in Python and C++, with PyTorch and TensorFlow experience.
• Deep understanding of modern AI models, capabilities, limitations, use cases.
• Ability to design and evaluate ML solutions balancing research and practice.
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
