AI Director - Machine Learning

📋 Description

• Lead R&D, prototyping, and implementation of ML solutions for product experiences.
• Oversee AI/ML initiatives, including intelligent systems and prototypes.
• Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI and translate to actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather AI needs, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
• Develop AI models trained on internal data, experimenting with local/specialized ML systems.
• Establish guidelines and best practices for agentic AI and emerging AI tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous AI/ML leadership experience (AI Director/Lead/ML Manager or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in AI/ML theory, algorithms, system design, and practical implementation.
• Advanced Python and C++ skills with PyTorch and TensorFlow experience.
• Deep understanding of modern AI models, capabilities, limitations, and use cases.
• Design and evaluate ML solutions balancing research and practical execution.
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
