📋 Description

• Build backend features in Java/Spring; grow to full stack with TS/React 19
• Use AI coding tools daily to speed AI-assisted development
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and plan tasks

• Take ownership of features toward end-to-end ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend foundation: Java 21, Spring, REST APIs, SQL; TS/React 19
• Genuine curiosity about AI coding tools; active use beyond awareness
• Proven shipped work; impact matters more than tenure
• Growth mindset; comfortable with non-trivial codebase and ambiguity
• Strong collaboration; cross-functional teamwork
• Familiarity with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude/Codex) is a plus
