AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Software Engineering to define AI-scale safety standards
• Define safe usage of AI tools across coding, testing, and DevOps
• Lead AI guardrails and tool adoption (Copilot, AWS Q Dev, Transform)
• Establish controls for repository activity, reviews, artefacts, and secure coding
• Support GitHub governance, Copilot admin, and central repository guardrails
• Create an AI-enabled SDLC playbook and tool usage matrix

🎯 Requirements

• Proven in defining AI SDLC guardrails (MCP allow-list, access, artefact review, audit evidence)
• Hands-on GitHub: GitHub Enterprise, Actions, and Git workflow
• Familiar with Copilot, AWS Q Dev, Transform, Kiro, or similar tools
• Track record establishing standards, governance, and controls across teams
• Confident engaging engineering communities and driving adoption
• Able to drive safe AI adoption from day one
