AI Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with OpCo executives, CTOs, functional leaders, and frontline teams to diagnose complex
• Redesign, improve, remove, or replace outdated internal workflows across customer onboarding
• Architect, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems from initial
• Create AI-powered operational intelligence and observability that exposes bottlenecks, anomalies
• Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce operating costs, increase capacity, improve margins
• Work with OpCo product and engineering teams to explore AI-enabled customer and product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of personally architecting, building
• Customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, forward deployment, technical consulting, or a
• Ability to engage credibly with CTOs and senior business leaders, ask insightful questions
• Understanding of business operations and economics, ability to prioritize by potential impact, and
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, data flows, orchestration, and practical AI
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving across different customers, industries, or operational
