AI Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI enablement across Bellroy, shaping tools, practices and value.
• Run workshops and coach teams to apply AI effectively, not just use shiny tools.
• Partner with Technology, Continuous Improvement and People teams to embed capability building.
• Provide cost and return analysis on AI toolsets and adjust tools/practices accordingly.
• Work with Creative, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support and more to spread capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and weekly staying current.
• Ability to map problems to practical AI-enabled workflows without domain expertise.
• Experience designing and running workshops/training for diverse audiences (designers, accountants
• Comfort tracking usage, licensing costs and building a case for changes when value isn’t clear.
• Strong judgement on data privacy, security, IP and quality; capable of writing usable guidelines.
• Calm, even-keeled approach; able to update guidance as tools evolve.
