AI Enablement Program Manager

📋 Description

• Build AI-first onboarding and enablement experiences to accelerate engineer productivity from day one.
• Own engineering onboarding and time-to-impact (Day 0 to Day 90) with clear success metrics.
• Embed AI into engineering workflows by enabling backlog/PR synthesis and incident summaries; pilot tools and share playbooks.
• Codify engineering practices with living training/docs on lifecycle, code review, CI/CD, release practices, and incident hygiene.
• Design and scale technical learning programs including paths, workshops, demos, and lunch-and-learns to raise AI fluency.
• Enhance engineering manager effectiveness by translating leadership expectations into manager enablement content with HRBP and L&D collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical practitioner and systems thinker with hands-on experience in IDEs, Git, CI/CD, and testing; focused on measurable impact.
• Clear writer and facilitator who creates crisp guidance and artifacts for engineers.
• Outcome-oriented with ownership, urgency, and drive to move work to closure and measure results.
• Cross-functional collaborator with Eng Leaders, Dev Infra, Product, HRBP, Recruiting/RCs, L&D, and Security.
• 5–8+ years in software engineering, developer productivity/enablement, platform/dev-tools, or engineering operations.
• Nice-to-have: onboarding bootcamps or developer education experience; strong technical writing portfolio; CI/CD and SDLC tooling; scripting/automation; experience rolling out AI tools.
