📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize AI assistants, bots, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI platforms with CRM, telephony, collaboration tools, and APIs.
• Support deployment and adoption of AI automation across departments.
• Monitor AI performance, analyze outcomes, and refine workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot AI workflows and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in AI operations, automation, systems integration, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation platforms and AI assistants.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, collaboration tools, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to optimize technical workflows.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
