📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize AI assistants, bots, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in AI operations, automation, systems integration, or related tech.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation platforms, AI assistants, or conversational AI.
• Solid understanding of CRM platforms, collaboration tools, APIs, and enterprise app ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments with multiple initiatives.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms, LLM-based assistants, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Previous experience in SaaS, telecommunications, customer support, or digital transformation environments.
