AI Enablement Specialist (FE)

📋 Description

• Work with senior team to map workflows and identify AI improvements.
• Build and iterate AI automations and lightweight tools from feedback.
• Coach teams to use AI tools through hands-on practice.
• Maintain documentation for tools and workflows.
• Test AI tools before release; identify gaps and edge cases.
• Track AI skill development and governance with IT/Security.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years professional or project-based experience.
• Practical day-to-day experience using AI tools with examples.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI tools work and how to build with them.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI APIs or automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n; Claude Code; Gemini Enterprise).
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Salesforce) or Kong Konnect.
