Strong software engineering: Python; Rust nice-to-have
Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning
Familiar with AI tools: ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents
Knowledge of neural nets and Transformer architecture
2-5 years in AI/ML, at least 2 years with language models
Track record from idea to prototype to production in fast-paced environments
