AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and deploy clinical AI agents that reason over patient context.
• Own reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of LLM-powered workflows.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines over clinical knowledge bases and real-time data.
• Develop evaluation frameworks: benchmarks, safety tests, regression suites, CI/CD.
• Design multi-step agent orchestration: planning, memory, tool use, and error recovery.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate care needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years building AI/ML-powered systems in production
• Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic/open-source) incl. prompts, tool use, and outputs
• Experience building RAG: embeddings, vector stores, retrieval optimization, grounding
• Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration (tool calling, planners, multi-agent coordination)
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience (HIPAA, SOC 2) preferred
