AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship AI features (LLMs, RAG pipelines) in product/internal tools
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones in a remote-first org
• Work with Data & AI team, engineering squads, and business stakeholders
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and to build them

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software development, including 1+ year in AI/ML
• Production experience building/deploying LLM-based or RAG solutions
• Python with async patterns and FastAPI
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in production
• Cloud-based AI solutions integration (AWS preferred)
• DB management, data wrangling, and distributed systems
