📋 Description

• Design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions that make internal HR & Finance processes
• Work on concrete use cases such as AI agents for HR/Finance, automated invoice scanning, approval
• Take ownership of features from idea to production, focusing on scalable, reliable and maintainable
• Act as a bridge builder between tech and non-tech staff; challenge, critically question, and build
• Combine AI expertise with a production mindset and software engineering quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed master's degree in AI or Computer Science.
• 2–5 years of experience with AI/ML solutions working in production (preferably in enterprise
• Consultant mindset or appearance: comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders towards
• Strong software engineering base, with experience in production-grade Python.
• Experience with Docker and container-based development.
• Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
