📋 Description

• GenAI Developer/Engineer role focusing on AI/LLM systems.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using AutoGen & Pydantic AI.
• Implement RAG pipelines, memory management, and observability with Langfuse.
• Integrate security, RBAC, and compliance checks into production systems.
• Memory management, tool invocation safety, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate with Capco teams to deliver advanced AI solutions in financial services.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: around 5 years in software engineering with hands-on AI/LLM work.
• Strong OOP and dynamic programming skills.
• Stack: Core - AutoGen, Pydantic AI, Python, Langfuse, Mem0 + Redis, RAG pipeline (vector search +
• Optional: Pipecat, LangChain, ChromaDB.
• Scope: Design/orchestrate multi-agent systems; implement robust security, RBAC, and prompt safety
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secrets management is a plus.
