AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and ship AI-driven capabilities using Python, TypeScript, React, Canvas, WebGL.
• Engineer AI workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and prompts.
• Execute end-to-end AI projects from concept to production, collaborating with product and design.
• Experiment and iterate on AI capabilities, staying ahead of tools and techniques.
• Champion AI best practices: evals, LLMOps, CI/CD, observability, and ethics.
• Measure and optimize AI performance; set benchmarks for engagement, accuracy, latency.
• Write clean, well-tested code; participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience delivering AI-first capabilities in customer-facing products.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with FE technologies (TypeScript, React).
• Expertise in prompt engineering and context engineering with top-tier LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
• Ability to develop high-quality, production-ready code within complex codebases.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and building evals that inform model selection or feature quality.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, including probabilistic modeling and neural networks.
• Experience with LLMOps and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• AI-First Proficiency: integrating AI into development workflows and shipping features rapidly.
• Nice-to-have: Rendering technologies like WebGL, Canvas, or 2D libraries (PixiJS, Skia).
• Nice-to-have: Real-time technologies (WebSocket).
• Nice-to-have: Vector databases, RAG pipelines, LangChain, or agent frameworks.
• Nice-to-have: Multi-modal AI or long-context handling; ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers.
