📋 Description

• Design multi-agent AI systems with self-planning and autonomous workflows.
• Develop AI coding agents to automate code generation, refactoring, and reviews in SDLC.
• Create AI agents to auto-generate, run, and fix integration and end-to-end tests.
• Automate incident triage by monitoring logs, detecting anomalies, and proposing fixes.
• Build tool-use layers enabling secure AI-agent access to databases, APIs, and repos.
• Implement state machines and memory persistence for reliable long-running agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering roots (Python/Go/Java) with agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen). Knowledge of ReAct, Plan-and-Solve.
• Proven AI tooling experience; optimizing prompts, context indexing, workflows.
• Love automation; replace repetitive tasks with AI agents.
• Focus on reliable, deterministic behavior of agents in enterprise env.
• Excellent English communication to teach teams how to adopt tools.
