📋 Description

• Architect the Agent Harness runtime; implement state machines for trajectories.
• Secure Sandbox Execution: Build isolated environments (Docker, gVisor, WebAssembly, microVMs).
• Tool & Integration Frameworks: Build APIs and MCP to connect to services and DBs.
• Security & Guardrail Engineering: Implement guardrails to detect prompt injection and data isolation.
• Performance & Context: Optimize routing, pruning, and caching to reduce LLM costs.
• Technical Strategy & Mentorship: Write design docs, align teams, and mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with distributed systems.
• 2+ years production experience building or modifying agent runtimes, LLM orchestrators.
• Go and Python backend mastery; concurrent programming, microservices, gRPC, scalable APIs.
• Runtime isolation & security: Docker, Kubernetes; sandboxing untrusted code.
• Distributed systems fundamentals: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ; DB design.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
