📋 Description

• Give Operator the tools it needs to act across Juro and ensure what it does is measurably good
• Ship new tools that connect Operator to the Juro app, from first idea to production
• Ensure shipped features have evals around them, supported by the Quality Assurance team
• Own parts of the agent harness (planning, tool use, context)
• Review agent-written code and decide what is safe to merge

🎯 Requirements

• Programmer first, now building with AI and LLMs
• Experience writing production TypeScript/Node.js and MongoDB
• Experience building agentic systems, including tools for agents to act on APIs and integrations
• Experience writing and running evals
• Shipped something users can use (product, open-source project, or tool)
