📋 Description

• Build and operate AI systems deployed in customer environments.
• Design and implement AI workflows that combine models, prompts, agents, tools, and retrieval.
• Develop Python services integrating AI into workflows and APIs.
• Measure behavior, debug issues, and improve system reliability.
• Develop evaluation/observability patterns to track performance.
• Collaborate with customers and SMEs to adapt systems as needs evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Ownership mentality for AI systems
• Experience building AI systems using LLMs or AI models
• Strong Python and production software fundamentals
• AI-native working style; comfortable with AI tools daily
• Comfort in customer environments; clear communication
