AI Engineer - AI Agents

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own AI agent systems for voice, SMS, and email interactions.
• Develop and optimize LLM workflows (prompting, agent behaviors, orchestration).
• Create tool-calling integrations for scheduling, data retrieval, and escalation.
• Build AI observability: telemetry, tracing, and quality dashboards.
• Develop backend APIs, data models, and AI application layers.
• Collaborate with product and design to balance needs and tech decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered apps in production.
• Experience with prompt engineering, function/tool calling, AI evaluation, agent orchestration.
• Backend experience with Elixir, Go, Python, or similar.
• Ability to work across data models, APIs, AI systems, and user-facing apps.
• Experience leading technical projects from planning to launch.
• Strong problem-solving and independent delivery in ambiguous contexts.
