AI Engineer - AI Agents (Remote-United States)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own Voice/Text AI systems across calls, SMS, and email.
• Craft system prompts to shape agent behavior and outcomes.
• Develop tool-calling integrations for safe, real-world actions.
• Build LLM-based evaluations and AI observability with telemetry and dashboards.
• Partner with product and design to balance user needs and business goals.
• Apply industry-standard engineering practices: reviews, CI/CD, docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on with LLMs in production: prompts, tool calls, evals.
• Backend experience in Elixir/Go/Python and willingness to learn.
• Comfort across stack: data models, LLM/agent logic, APIs.
• Proven track record leading projects from spec to launch.
• Strong ownership and bias for action across teams.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
