AI Engineer / AI Architect

📋 Description

• Define AI system architecture aligned to business objectives and scalability
• Lead design and implementation of ML systems, model services, and inference pipelines
• Establish ADRs and technical documentation standards
• Design modular, extensible AI platforms supporting experimentation and production workloads
• Build scalable training, evaluation, and deployment workflows
• Own complex AI systems end-to-end; mentor engineers and influence direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering or applied ML
• Strong software engineering (Python or similar)
• Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable data architectures
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, IaC, AWS familiarity
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle, MLOps, CI/CD, observability
