📋 Description

• Assess ElevenLabs environment for gaps and scalability.
• Define and implement best-practice architecture and ops standards.
• Plan and execute migration to target-state architecture.
• Optimize AI voice workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Create middleware solutions for client integrations and workflows.
• Produce technical blueprints, SOPs, and operational docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ElevenLabs production experience (agent config, troubleshooting).
• Expert in Voice AI architecture, conversational AI, scalable systems.
• Experience building middleware, APIs, webhooks, integrations (Node.js/Python).
• Experience integrating Voice AI with business systems and scheduling platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize production Voice AI (latency, reliability, monitoring).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration.
