Advocate and contribute to AI tooling, engineering foundations, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience building AI-powered apps.
Strong backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python.
Proven track record delivering AI backend solutions.
Experience with APIs, high-volume data pipelines, and scalable systems.
Data-driven decisions and cross-functional communication.
BS/MS/PhD in CS; English proficiency; Nice-to-have: RAG experience.
