• Automate employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, document
• Build AI tools for knowledge engineering using LLMs, RAG, semantic search

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in software, data, or AI/ML engineering with production AI systems
• Fluent in Python; hands-on with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI
• Built API integrations and data pipelines between SaaS business systems
• Built AI applications (chatbots, recommenders, automation)
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, production-grade systems and instrument success metrics
• Discipline with sensitive data: access controls, PII handling, auditability
