📋 Description

• Guarantee adoption of the agentic framework ecosystem and AI tools in pilot squads, acting as an
• Work alongside client engineers to identify frictions, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and refactor agentic flows, agent bundles, and automated instantiation of skills and
• Train and mentor developers in best practices for AI usage, Harness Engineering parameterization
• Install and mature technical software engineering capabilities in squads, with special focus on
• Support the structuring and validation of automated deploy pipelines based on automated risk

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in Software Engineering
• Deep knowledge of software design principles: modularity, separation of concerns, testability
• Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, test automation (unit, component, and e2e), and version
• Proven ability to design and deliver production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions
• Practical mastery of Agentic AI and RAG patterns: tool use, function calling, orchestration
• Knowledge of Agentic SDLC, coding agents, refactoring/review agents, and integration with developer
