📋 Description

• Make the company's AI assistant platform (catalog of skills, plugins, and agents) evolve and
• Take charge of the evolution of platform components, both in a cloud environment and on-premise
• Improve the tools provided to teams to speed up the development, maintenance, and security of the
• Contribute to the implementation of best practices, safeguards, metrics, and hosting of LLMs in our
• Ensure a technological watch and propose pragmatic evolutions of the stack
• Provide guidance and mentorship through code reviews, pair programming, and sharing of best

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years' experience as a software engineer or equivalent, including at least 1 year on
• Excellent mastery of Python and good software development practices
• Excellent mastery of GitOps, CI/CD, containerization, and deployment environments
• Experience with a Cloud provider and understanding of monitoring/observability
• Skills in project management; ability to formalize requirements, prioritize technical subjects, and
• Strong user-oriented sensibility
