AI Engineer III

📋 Description

• Lead design, dev, deploy, and support of Agentic AI apps.
• Mentor AI engineers and contractors; code reviews.
• Architect RAG pipelines, vector search, embedding-based retrieval, LLMs.
• Design MCP Server integrations to extend agentic capabilities.
• Collaborate with VP Engineering to translate AI strategy into execution plans.
• Own selection and integration of AI frameworks for scalable, secure solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years designing software apps and/or data pipelines; 3+ years leading AI teams.
• Experience in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG chatbots, vector databases, LLMs.
• Microservices, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS/Azure, Spring Boot, Node.js, CI/CD.
• Trino, Superset, S3, Airflow, PySpark, Hive experience preferred.
• Financial services big data infra experience; strong ML/cloud skills.
