📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers; own technical direction and growth
• Design and implement AI systems combining models, agents, retrieval, and execution.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders; communicate system behavior and tradeoffs.
• Operate live AI systems; measure behavior; debug and iterate rapidly.
• Integrate AI into customer data platforms and APIs; balance speed and maintainability.
• Take accountability for production outcomes and adapt to evolving requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience; tech/engineering lead on AI projects.
• Ownership mentality for AI; responsible for production value; independent decisions.
• Technical leadership; guided engineers in decisions, execution and mentorship.
• Strong solutions architecture: cloud, integrations, API design, data engineering.
• AI-native working style; use AI tools to write, debug, and optimize.
• Willing to travel 10–30% as needed.
