AI Engineer/Scientist

📋 Description

• Build and ship AI systems powering Nightfall’s Security products
• Analyze data with Python, explore NLP/model architectures, fine-tune models, benchmark accuracy
• Develop microservices in Go to ingest/process data at scale with streaming, caching, and concurrency
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to turn ideas into AI features
• Participate in oncall rotations to drive operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a CS/Engineering degree in AI/ML/Data Science or related field
• Fluent Python and Go (or C++/Java); strong data structures/algorithms
• Hands-on deep learning models in production at scale
• Experience building agentic workflows
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and eager to learn
