Own the Software Factory board and its source adapters for GitHub, Sentry, Grafana, and Linear.
Define and version engineering metrics, naming ways they can mislead.
Build safe, reversible tooling for field engineers to propose and apply account changes.
Develop the sandboxed agent runtime that produces changes with signed evidence.
Own the measurement plane with certified metric definitions and the Big Board.
Run the customer-facing goal and experiment runtime, including sticky exposure and evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

Strong TypeScript on the backend (Fastify, Node, Next.js, Python).
Experience with Postgres via Supabase and Neo4j.
Hands-on production experience building agent systems including sandboxing and evaluation.
Developer-productivity instincts and experience measuring an engineering org.
Experimentation and causal mindset, understanding sticky assignment and guardrails.
Product ownership and empathy for field engineers and customers.
