AI Engineer & Support Lead

📋 Description

• Act as the primary support owner for enterprise AI platforms, including Langdock, Gemini, and
• Monitor platform health, usage, and adoption, ensuring AI tools remain reliable and effective for
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, support processes, and operational runbooks.
• Design, build, and maintain custom integrations, Slackbots, and AI agents that connect enterprise
• Ensure solutions are production-ready by incorporating monitoring, evaluation, and reliability
• Manage incoming AI use-case requests by assessing requirements, defining scope, prioritizing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented
• Strong understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, and API integrations.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools, demonstrated
• Strong software engineering skills using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs, cloud services, and webhooks.
