📋 Description

• Be the go-to support owner for our AI platforms (Langdock, Gemini, and internal tools), from
• Monitor platform health and adoption, and keep runbooks and documentation current.
• Build custom integrations, Slackbots, and agents that connect our AI tools to internal content and
• Make sure what you build is reliable in production, with monitoring and evaluation built in.
• Manage incoming AI use-case requests: scope, prioritize, and route each one to the right tool, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on AI engineering: building LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG/knowledge-base systems
• Power user of Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools) for real, shipped work — not just
• Strong general engineering: Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, working with cloud
• Experience building and operating Slack apps/bots (Slack API, event subscriptions, bot deployment).
• Excellent project management and communication — able to be the calm, organized front door for
