AI Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead AI-first software practices; implement AI-assisted workflows and scalable processes.
• Design and deploy production AI apps with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and autonomous agents.
• Build AI-powered solutions for document processing, extraction, automation, and decisions.
• Establish engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, deployment, code quality, and monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Promote responsible AI with governance, privacy controls, and human-in-the-loop validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience, incl. leading initiatives or teams.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js; scalable backend and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on AI apps built with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, Manus.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, Linux, secure practices, and cloud-native development.
