Lead end-to-end AI project delivery with governance and clear communication
Design and architect AI systems including RAG, agentic frameworks, and LLM-powered solutions
Assess feasibility and choose optimal AI approaches (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, hybrid)
Develop advanced prompt engineering techniques and tool/agent orchestration
Build scalable inference infra, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
Mentor engineers and contribute to business development and ethical guidelines

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in production AI solutions
Expert Python with solid software engineering practices
Experience designing RAG systems and retrieval optimization
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) with containers and orchestration
MLOps/LLMOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, etc.)
LLM versioning/model management and experimental tracking
