AI Engineering Manager, Product Engineering - US Remote

📋 Description

• Lead a pod of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.
• Own AI-powered product initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with Product and Design to plan roadmaps for AI features.
• Drive quality, reliability, and scalable production systems.
• Provide technical leadership via design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with data, platform, and AI teams to integrate capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering; 2–5+ years people mgmt.
• Strong product engineering background building workflow-heavy apps end-to-end.
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features.
• Able to operate in ambiguous problems, move quickly with limited process.
• Technical depth to review code and guide FE/BE/AI architecture.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design in fast-moving envs.
• Strong communication; comfortable with customers to guide product.
