📋 Description

• Embed with customers to turn AI problems into production systems
• Build POCs, MVPs, and production integrations in customer environments
• Ship code, run benchmarks, and debug production issues
• Architect scalable deployments and optimize latency, throughput, cost
• Lead discovery conversations and translate pain points into product improvements
• Spend time on-site with customers to build trust and momentum

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role
• Shipped production software for customers; code in production
• Strong Python skills; comfortable with production code; Kubernetes knowledge
• Working knowledge of the LLM stack: inference, serving, fine-tuning (SFT core)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and GPU deployments
• Excellent communication: discovery calls, VP-level presentations, latency debugging
