AI Finance Program Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance, from opportunity discovery to adoption and
• Translate Finance strategy into a multi-year AI vision, roadmap, and investment plan
• Identify where predictive AI, generative AI, intelligent agents, machine learning, and advanced
• Own the Finance AI opportunity funnel, including ideation, assessment, prioritization, sequencing
• Maintain a transparent portfolio view covering scope, ownership, milestones, investment
• Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through production deployment and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance transformation, AI, or digital programs
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through production
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and end-to-end processes; experience in shared services
• Practical understanding of generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, automation
• Demonstrated experience applying responsible AI, data privacy, security, risk, and control
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to quantify value and manage investment
