AI Financial Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and scale AI-powered automation for FP&A (forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance, close)
• Connect finance systems (ERP, spend, equity, HRIS, CRM) via AI agents and integrations
• Design and deploy AI workflows to expand finance operations capabilities
• Maintain auditable, reliable automation with scalable processes
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual tasks via tech
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to boost AI adoption and ops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years in corporate finance or FP&A with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and close
• Hands-on AI tool experience: AI agents, LLM workflows, production automations
• Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Design, implement, and improve automated workflows with reliability and scalability
• Availability for coordination hours Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm PT
