📋 Description

• Design paid ad and post creatives for LinkedIn sponsored content, lead-gen form ads, Meta, and
• Design graphics, animations and carousels for article and case study amplification
• Design research reports and guidebooks, experimenting with formats and visual storytelling for each
• Build and launch campaign landing pages
• Design event booths and physical event visuals, and materials for roadshows and Adlook's own events
• Create sales decks and one-pagers, and keep the Claude-based design system that lets non-designers

🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio showing high-quality creative work across several asset types, where AI tools were part
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for 3D models, images, and video
• Experience building agents, skills, or automations that saved real time, with examples you can show
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, motion, and storytelling
• Fluency in Figma and experience working with templates and design systems
• Working knowledge of video editing and motion tools
