AI-First Engineering Intern

📋 Description

• Partner with senior engineers to identify AI tooling improvements and remove friction.
• Build apps and integrations on Xsolla APIs/SDKs to help teams move faster with AI.
• Ship work that reaches real users; internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) as your default workflow.
• Share builds in weekly demos; bring real AI solutions.
• Work with minimal process: context and mentor; build the rest.

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive builder; already using AI to speed projects.
• Genuine passion: side projects, hackathons, or open-source.
• Real AI fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot; explain how you used AI.
• Bias toward action; start building before a formal spec.
• Comfort with modern full-stack development; fast learner.
• Open to undergrad/grad and recent grads in CS/SE; hands-on AI internship.
