Strong passion for building; you use AI to ship quickly.
Genuine passion for building; side projects, hackathons, OSS, or shipped work.
Real AI fluency; used Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.
Bias toward action; start building with ambiguity.
Comfort with modern full-stack development; fast learner.
Open to undergrad/grad/recent grads in CS/SE; internship for hands-on AI.
