📋 Description

• Partner with senior engineers to identify AI tooling to reduce friction.
• Build apps and integrations on Xsolla APIs/SDKs to speed AI development.
• Ship work that reaches real users, internal tools or customer facing.
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) by default.
• Share work via weekly 30s demos showing how you used AI.
• Work with minimal process: context, problem, mentor, you build.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine passion for building; side projects or shipped work.
• Real AI fluency using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
• Bias toward action; start building before asking for a spec.
• Comfort with modern full-stack development; quick learner.
• Open to undergrads, grads, and recent CS/SE graduates.
