🎯 Requirements

Hands-on leadership with system design and coding in production.
Strong TypeScript experience, especially with Encore foundation.
Experience migrating live traffic from legacy systems to a modern platform.
Proficiency in event-driven messaging and avoiding double-sends.
Ability to lead across time zones and coordinate with Prague/London stakeholders.
