AI First Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable services for high-volume marketplace workflows.
• Build APIs and backend services in cloud-native, AI-enabled environment.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features into product offerings.
• Utilize AI tools (copilots, debuggers, test generators) to speed engineering.
• Review AI-generated code for security, maintainability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Design and maintain distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building and supporting production software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong backend development with Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, .NET, Ruby, or similar.
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and modern software
• Experience with CI/CD and production deployment practices.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
