AI Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and deploy production-ready solutions inside the core AI platform.
• Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools that improve operations.
• Support customer API integrations and onboarding efforts.
• Partner with Customer Success to solve technical customer challenges.
• Work directly with customers during implementation and technical discovery calls.
• Improve onboarding and implementation workflows through automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of software engineering in AI, automation, infra, or backend.
• Strong fundamentals; Python preferred, quick learner, ships production code.
• Experience in production environments and real customer implementations.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and use AI tools with minimal oversight.
• Startup experience with builder mentality and bias toward action.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, AI workflows, automations, or tooling.
• Comfortable working with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
